PUEBLO COUNTY UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE

In 2022, Pueblo County—along with the City of Pueblo, Pueblo West, the towns of Boone and Rye, and other unincorporated communities—adopted the Pueblo Regional Comprehensive Plan.

To support the implementation of the Plan and the efforts of Pueblo Means Business, the County is updating its Land Use (Title 17) and Subdivision (Title 16) regulations into a Unified Development Code (UDC). The UDC will provide a central location for the rules and regulations that guide development in Pueblo County.
